Jay Wesley Richards

Ph.D. (honors) Philosophy and Theology, Princeton Theological Seminary
Jay Wesley RichardsJay Wesley Richards has a Ph.D.(honors) in philosophy and theology from Princeton Theological Seminary. He has served as executive and associate editor of The Princeton Theological Review and president of the Charles Hodge Society at Princeton Theological Seminary. In 2004, he co-authored The Privileged Planet with astronomer Guillermo Gonzalez. He has published articles in journals and newspapers such as Religious Studies, Christian Scholars’ Review, The Princeton Theological Review, Perspectives on Science and the Christian Faith: The Journal of the American Scientific Affiliation, The Washington Post, and Touchstone. Dr. Richards is also a senior fellow at Discovery Institute's Center for Science and Culture. He has helped to support the growth of IDEA in the past, and his presence on our Advisory Board is an honor to us.
